Traditional brick and white-boarded semi (typical of this region), with four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sitting room, dining room, kitchen, all kept immaculately clean. Garden to front and rear of house, with decking area.
Location
The teacher lives near Rye, East Sussex, which is a stunningly beautiful and historic area, with much to see and do. Just 15 minutes from the sea and not far from numerous historic buildings, museums, castles, good shopping centres and all kinds of sporting activities. There are even some vineyards, which produce some award winning wines! Getting here: Rye station, 10 minutes from Beckley, Ashford International station, Etchingham Station (trains to and from London Charing Cross), Gatwick airport, Heathrow airport
